I imagine that you're in a tough spot right now. Maybe you're spouse just told you they're unhappy and not sure what they want. Perhaps you are wondering if you should stay in this relationship or if it's time to go. I hear you. I understand what it's like to be in emotional pain. I've been there myself and I'd love to show you the way to make things better.
When I think about what attracts me to life coaching, I realize there is nothing more exciting than helping someone change their life, whether that means helping them conquer their fears, repair a strained relationship, or by living their dreams.
I have a passion for this work because it inspires and energizes me. In some ways, it's like sailing. I love sailing and racing outriggers, but without navigation I can quickly get lost in the moment. We can get so lost in the moment of "doing" and get blown off course without navigation. I want to help people find what it is that excites and inspires them. I want to guide them to create goals that concievably have so much impact that they literally change the opportunites available to them... the funny part is is sometimes it's as simple as taking the mystery out of those goals or changing your belief system about the goals.
